Are you looking for your next challenge? Do you want a role that is rewarding? We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Area Lead to join the team at Active Mid Devon. We are looking for Area Leads to work closely with our Centre Managers to successfully operate our portfolio of leisure facilities with a large team across all areas of the business.


As a Area Lead your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of product and service delivery

  • Supervision of staff to ensure they are meeting the expected standards

  • Cover for staff where appropriate, poolside, reception, general recreation assistant work

  • Responsible for the day to day operational needs of the facilities

  • Undertake induction training to all new staff and ongoing training
