Strategically plan, lead, organize and execute all Priority Banking business initiatives to grow Asset Under Management (AUM) and Investment and Insurance Revenue (I&I Rev) for the Priority Banking Center (PBC).
Effectively manage and oversee the overall day‑to‑day management of the PBC, to ensure operational efficiency and profit maximization by implementing tactical sales & marketing strategies, setting team goals and direction to achieve targets given.
Evaluate resources, market information and sales force capability to devise a structured and effective sales plan for execution.
Develop a service model with people capability and process efficiency to ensure the PBC has a strong presence in the local community.
Proactively engage and reach out to existing customers and prospects by having regular joint sales calls and visits with RMs.
