What you'll do
- Manage and develop internal sales staff to meet all residential KPIs.
- Motivate, inspire, and provide strong leadership to sales staff.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Manage Sales Reps conducting door‑to‑door, MDU portfolio management, external partner relationships, and staffing special events.
