Job Description
- Responsible for network expansion of Bosch Car Service (BCS) in the specified territory
- Responsible for Bosch Parts Business from the BCS network workshops
- Responsible for achieving set targets of DMS enrollment & adoption at BCS workshop.
- Deploy Service Development Policy and drive the Key initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain Workshop Quality Standard SQA & SQT on desired level.
- Initiate and implement Sales campaigns at BCS level to increase customers’ footfalls.
Qualifications
B.E/B.tech from reputed Institute in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Min . 2 Year experience of Automobile Industry
Knowledge and experience of Sales/Service function/concept selling/dealer development
Effective communication skills, ability influence others, leader ship skills.
