JOB SUMMARY:

•   This position provides day-to-day supervision for employees and supervisors assigned to specific worksites ensuring efficient and quality work through coordination of daily assigned work tasks.  JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must • Must have valid license, driving required nightly to get to crews and job sites • Professional appearance and demeanor, leveled headed to handle conflicts • supervise an area with 6 to 10 teams (each team can be 1 to 4 people) • Must be computer savvy • Able to work approximately 4pm to midnight (time can fluctuate depending on crews and nights) • MUST fill in when a supervisor is out or a team member is out (This means physically cleaning with the crews) • Must help with Interviewing and Hiring new employees and terminating employees including paperwork involved • Identify recruitment sources in the area and foster relationships t...
