Pacifica Hotels is looking for an Area People Services Manager to join the team at Marina del Rey Hotel and Jamaica Bay Inn! The Area People Services Manager will serve as a partner to the General Managers and Leadership teams of two premier hotels in Marina del Rey, supporting team member engagement, leadership development and compliance. They will assist with managing the daily administration of various salary, benefit, and team member relations programs by providing support and tools to leadership and interacting with property teams. They will also provide coaching, accountability and support to Hotel Leadership on all People Services related matters.
