We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage real estate agency portfolios, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships within the assigned area.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow agency accounts
• Conduct client visits, product demos, and close deals
• Achieve regional revenue targets
• Onboard new clients and revive inactive accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Track KPIs through CRM and ensure strong client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
