Sales & Business Development
- Drive project sales in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Fertilizer industries within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities from consultants, EPC contractors, PMC, and end users.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from pre-tender to order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, order booking, and collection goals .
Key Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with plant heads, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers .
- Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 5β6 productive visits per day ).
