Responsibilities:
β Develop and execute strategies to sign new franchisee partners in assigned territories
β Provide dedicated support to franchisee partners to ensure their success
β Drive business growth through the partner network
β Train, handhold, and work closely with channel partner teams to achieve business objectives
β Directly sign new schools for company training programs, both independently and through franchisee partners
β Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the K-12 and higher education industries
β Showcase strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
Requirements:
β Graduate degree with 3-15 years of experience in business development, channel sales, and support in the education and training industry (K-12 segment preferred)
β Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages (added advantage)
