Summary:

The Area Service Manager is ​responsible for the management of onboarding of Commercial and Treasury Management customers for a large, multi-region area.


Duties and Responsibilities:

+ As a Senior Manager, directs the overall day to day activities and ensures timeliness and accuracy of onboardings within their sites, as well as the completion of customer service requests through multiple teams and subordinate managers.

+ Takes personal ownership of complex or high visibility onboardings or issues; confers with Senior Leadership for their input as needed.

+ Strives to drive the teams to deepen relationships with customers and Huntington colleagues through delivering a high quality and extraordinary service experience.

+ Responsibilities are approached with a significant emphasis on cross-sell to identify and manage opportunities, coordinating these efforts through team managers.
