Position Overview

Supervise the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. 
Monitor the performance of individual locations and departments to ensure they meet operational standards and business goals. 
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address challenges, and provide feedback to managers and staff. 
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all locations 
Manage and support location managers and staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively. 
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to help team members achieve their full potential. 
Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, motivating staff, and addressing any employee concerns or conflicts. 
Lead by example, ensuring that staff deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards.
