This role ensures that all stores maintain high operational standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve financial targets. The Area Supervisor also leads and supports store managers to maximize performance and implement company policies effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Supervisor or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Must have experience managing no less than 10 stores .
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
