Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team at PIL Argentina in Buenos Aires . This person will facilitate the movement of export & import cargo and keep customers satisfied with any and all details of shipments. They will provide immediate responses to customer inquiries; and provide timely information to Customs and the terminals as well as paperwork and electronic data to various locations. The role includes giving shipping documentation support, ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of shipping documents while maintaining high standards of customer service.
