Rocky Ford has a population of 3500. It is 2.5 hours south of Denver and 55 minutes east of Pueblo.



The Group

Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital and is located on two blocks of land. The main building is licensed to house 25 acute care patients. The 129,300 (76,500 plus 52,800 new) square-foot main building began operations in 1971. AVRMC has continued to improve the facilities and upgrade its equipment through funds generated from Medical Center operations.



The Position

Re - opening a Outpatient Clinic for a community in need

Primary Care role

Need to be able to practice independently

Seeing all ages of patients

Eventually 15 - 20 patients per day

4/10 hour shifts unless the provider prefers a 5 day work week

Must work Fridays if a 4 day week

No Call
