**Role Purpose**
To provide assistance to passengers arriving with mishandled luggage, in line of specific airline's requirements. Responsible for handling the arrivals operation on a shift through clerical, manual and computerised means, ensuring customer service standards of the Airlines are achieved, and that Menzies and Airline policies and procedures are followed.
**What you will be doing**
- To create lost and damaged baggage reports, AHL and DPR in SITA's WorldTracer system and any other tracing system, as required.
