Job Description - ART Delivery Lead

Role Purpose

The ART Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight within a business domain, ensuring that vendor-led trains (ARTs) deliver committed outcomes predictably, with quality, and in alignment with enterprise standards.

This role acts as the primary internal counterpart to vendor delivery leadership, providing governance, escalation management, and integration across delivery units. The Domain Delivery Lead ensures that delivery is not only executed, but executed in the right way, at the right pace, and with the expected business impact.
