- Skill Development: Instruct students in foundational and advanced techniques across various mediums, including drawing, painting, crafting, and multimedia creative expression.
- Lesson Preparation: Structure comprehensive lesson plans, source innovative instructional materials, and set up engaging classroom activities.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Continually monitor, document, and assess individual student progress, technique mastery, and class engagement.
- Classroom Management: Proactively manage classroom dynamics and student behavior with professionalism to maintain a safe, inspiring, and orderly learning space.
