The Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) is pleased to offer anarticlingopportunity to a motivated 2027 law graduate. The successful candidate will participate in the AESO’s 12-month Student-at-Law Program, which supports the development of a law graduate into a practicing lawyer in accordance with the Legal Profession Act, the Rules of the Law Society of Alberta, and the Law Society of Alberta Code of Conduct.

You will be part of theLawdepartment. Working collaboratively with internal colleagues, our team provides strategic legal and business advice in relation to a range of regulatory and commercial matters and ensures compliance with the AESO’s public interest mandatein accordance withour legislative and regulatory obligations.
