AI Solutions Engineer / Applied AI Engineer

About the Role

We are building AI-powered internal applications on our global Databricks platform to transform how teams across Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing work. We’re looking for engineers who thrive on solving operational challenges with AI, automation, and lightweight applications — and who enjoy working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that people actually use.

This is not a role for engineers who build in isolation. You’ll combine technical expertise with business empathy , turning workflows and pain points into practical AI-powered tools that accelerate decision-making and simplify daily work.

We’re looking for engineers who are not only deeply technical in AI but also excellent communicators and stakeholder partners.
