We are seeking an AS400 Application Support professional in Brampton, ON to maintain the continuity of our AS400 billing system. Your proactive operations monitoring and incident management will ensure system stability and responsiveness.
As part of the Application Support team, you will drive efforts to troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with various teams, and deliver 24x7 support for critical system issues. Your responsibilities will also include leading root cause analyses and implementing operational improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.
