Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in COBOL development on AS400 / IBM i platform
• Experience working with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and release management processes
• Hands‑on experience with ALDON for application lifecycle management and software deployment
• Good understanding of SQL and DB2 databases, including query writing and performance optimization
• Experience in application support, maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities
• Familiarity with JIRA for incident, change, and project tracking
• Exposure to banking, payments, or financial services applications is highly preferred
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
