Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a ASB Case Officer for a local authority in Manchester.

In this role, you will investigate anti-social behaviour, support communities and take appropriate enforcement action to help keep neighbourhoods safe.

Duties:

• Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution.
• Engage with residents, businesses, victims and perpetrators to resolve issues and provide support.
• Work with partner agencies to deliver prevention, intervention and enforcement activity.
• Prepare evidence and take appropriate enforcement action, including supporting legal proceedings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience managing casework, investigations or enforcement activity.
