What youll be doing

As an asbestos surveyor, youll be working across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire and Wiltshire carrying out asbestos re-inspections and refurbishment & demolition surveys on our general needs stock. Youll ensure surveys are accurately recorded using a handheld device, produce reports and share data with colleagues across the business.

Youll identify repairs required and fully detail any remedial works, liaising with internal planned and reactive delivery teams as well as our asbestos removal company.

About you

Youll already be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys in domestic dwellings and youll have a P402 qualification. Housing association experience is desired but not essential.
