About the role as a ASC LSA:

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Learning Support Assistant to join our ASC Centre team at Reading college.

The successful applicant will be supporting students with Autism and other associated difficulties on courses which are designed for those with Autism and associated difficulties or supporting students to access their course. These courses are from Foundation Level 1 courses to Level 3 courses. There will be an expectation to support in all areas.

You will be responsible for facilitating individual learning programmes, providing support to our learners in small groups and 1-1 activities when attending the ASC Centres. You will be required to facilitate the students learning using creative and purposeful lesson planning in collaboration with the ASC Coordinators to meet the needs of the learners.
