Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASDAssist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessonsSupport pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social interactionEncourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviourHelp create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and external professionals The Ideal Candidate Will Have
