Dixon Appointments is partnering with a leading Melbourne-based university to source an AskP&C Coordinator for a temporary assignment starting as soon as possible through to the end of October 2026.
This role coordinates the AskP&C function within a busy People and Culture division, managing Level 2 general queries and providing advice on complex matters including Enterprise Agreement interpretation and University policy.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage AskP&C activity, ensuring service tickets are responded to within set timeframes
• Provide training and guidance to the team on AskP&C matters and the ServiceNow system
• Apply judgement and expertise to resolve complex or ambiguous queries
• Monitor, track and report on escalated client matters
