We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Asphalt Paver Operative to join our road construction and maintenance team based in Navan, Co. Meath. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of asphalt paving equipment, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality road surfacing projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paver machinery safely and efficiently on road construction and resurfacing projects.
• Set up and adjust paving equipment to achieve the required width, depth, and finish.
• Work closely with the site foreman, roller operators, and asphalt crews to ensure smooth and continuous paving operations.
• Monitor paving quality and make adjustments to maintain project specifications.
