Working at the forefront of paving technology and decarbonisation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the industry through initiatives such as Roads of the Future, high-specification paving projects, and continuous improvement programmes.

As the national lead for paving innovation and performance optimisation, you will work closely with operational teams, technical specialists, suppliers, customers and senior stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency and value across the end-to-end asphalt production and paving process
