We're looking for our next Asphalt Plant Operator to join the crew in Bathurst. No experience? No worries. If you've got a solid work ethic, a good attitude, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we'll teach you the rest.

Hourly rate: is $38.46 plus overtime rates would apply as well as travel.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and assisting at the asphalt plant
• Learning how asphalt production works from the ground up
• Supporting road crews and plant operations
• Working across day shifts, night shifts, and weekends
• Travelling where the work is - sometimes local, sometimes away
• Keeping safety front and centre while getting the job done
