Dawson Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Asphalt Plant Operator to support the daily operations of our asphalt production facility.

In this role you will be a valued member of Dawson Construction , working in a seasonal, full-time position of Asphalt Plant Operator. Reporting to the Superintendent, Asphalt Plant , and a key member of the operations team, this role is responsible for supporting safe and efficient plant production, maintaining quality control standards, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety requirements. Your base location will be Kamloops, B.C. and will require some travel throughout our great province.
