**Assembly Production Associate**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our production team as Assembly Associates. In this role, you will work within an assembly line environment to assist in manufacturing. Each team member is responsible for completing one of several key steps in the production process, contributing to the efficient output of high-quality finished products.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform one or more steps in a multi-stage assembly process
+ Assemble frames using stapling tools and adhesives
+ Apply glue and properly position internal cores
+ Install front and back panels onto the structure
+ Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
+ Stack completed doors onto pallets (typically in quantities of 30)
+ Transport assembled to compression machinery for final processing
+ Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment
