**Job Description**
Join our team as an Assembler, working a shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves assembling and installing small components at a desk, with the flexibility to sit or stand throughout the day. No previous experience is required, although those with 1-2 years of assembly experience will receive higher compensation. Training will be provided for all new hires who are reliable and eager to work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and install small components.
+ Perform quality inspections.
+ Work off assembly instructions.
+ Assist in other areas as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Not color blind, as the role involves assembling different color wires.
