**Job Title: Assembler II**

**Job Description**

The Assembler II performs detailed mechanical and electrical assembly of in-process refrigeration units, including electrical wiring, brazing, air compressor installation, silicone sealing, and foaming. You will work on standard lines as well as more complex double-door “cyclone” units, using a variety of hand and power tools to build high-quality, insulated fridge and freezer units in a production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble refrigeration units by installing wire harnesses and routing, feeding, and connecting electrical wires according to diagrams and work instructions.
+ Install air compressors and related components using mallets, hand tools, rivet guns, and other power tools.
+ Perform brazing operations on parts and assemblies as required to meet product specifications.
+ Operate foaming equipment to properly fill units with insulating foam material to the correct level.
