• Prototype new assemblies and systems per specifications with no supervision.
• Interpret technical drawings and perform detailed touch-ups.
• Support disassembly, rework, and testing of prototypes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs.
• Performing tasks to support engineering development and testing.
Lead assembly, troubleshooting, and process optimization:
• Assemble prototyping assembly of complex systems, perform functional tests, and
troubleshoot issues with minimal to no supervision.
• Proficient in baking, curing, welding, laser engraving and packaging, ensuring
adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address assembly challenges and propose
solutions.
• Perform all non-machining functions of AMS from wire preparation, pin crimp, cable
harness, welding, dip strip, VPI, final assembly, testing, final bake, laser engraving
and any new process that is developed while ensuring adheren...
