Position Overview

Functieomschrijving

Assemble and test high-tech modules according to work instructions and technical drawings

Perform precision work such as soldering, bonding, and fine mechanical assembly

Ensure product quality meets strict specifications and standards

Identify, analyze, and report deviations or recurring issues

Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of assembled products

Work according to lean manufacturing (5S+1) and safety standards

Maintain a clean and contamination-free workspace

Support and guide less experienced colleagues when needed

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process

Collaborate with teams such as production engineering, quality, and material handling
