**Assembler**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assemble mechanical and electrical components into finished products according to specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work orders.
+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches to install and secure components accurately and safely.
+ Read and interpret manufacturing documentation including blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), front views, drawings, and order entry information.
+ Verify assemblies are level, square, properly aligned, and meet structural and quality requirements.
+ Inspect components and materials for dents, scratches, defects, and other nonconformances before and during assembly.
+ Perform visual quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with company standards.
+ Assemble copper bussing according to design specifications, maintaining proper spacing and alignment requirements.
