Overview

BigBear.ai is seeking a Assembler/Break-Fix Technician, fabricating and repairing mission-critical components. Once trained, you'll transition into a Field Service Technician, traveling to maintain and upgrade deployed CBP systems. You'll also serve as a System Integration Analyst, applying your scripting and OS expertise to ensure seamless system performance and compliance. When not traveling, the work will be at the Sterling, VA location performing Assembler and System Integration Tasks.

What you will do


+ Mount components to pre-drilled panels (PC104 SBC, I/O paddleboard, power supply, Ethernet hub, terminal blocks on DIN rail)

+ Install factory-built cables and custom hookup wiring between components

+ Install AC power plugs and drill polycarbonate enclosures using templates

+ Fit waterproof connectors and install duplex outlets in enclosures
