Position Summary: This role is responsible for executing daily work activities and overseeing the performance of a group of 10 or more seasonal employees. The position involves supervising multiple processes within the assigned areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day direction to training and seasonal staff as needed. Assist in training processes and specific duties and serve as the first point of contact for associate questions and concerns. Track and/or review productivity to ensure goals, deadlines and outputs are met. Provide constructive and timely feedback to associates regarding performance and productivity.
