BOTX INNOVATION SG PTE. LTD. seeks a production process specialist to support final assembly lines, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement.

You will assist in developing work instructions and technical documents, track ECR/TCN files, and help resolve R&D issues to improve throughput. Nights and rotating shifts are expected. Candidates should have at least 2 years in production processes, with mechanical or electronics background and automotive exposure.
