Responsibilities - Assemble and perform functional test of SMT machine/modules in a cell/modules station to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation
- Perform tasks given within designed time with the aid of work instructions or guidance from the R&D or process engineering team
- Follow protocols and adhere to safety standards as part of the assembly team
- Understand and carry out simple assembly adjustments
- Troubleshoot and repair machine problems as and when required
- Understand the production planning schedule and generate output as per specifications
- Assist supervisors/engineers to analyze quality concerns
- Participate in CIP and work towards improving productivity in the work area
