Key Responsibilities

• Assemble server systems and subassemblies in accordance with work instructions and engineering specifications
• Install hardware components including motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage devices, power supplies, and network cards
• Perform system configuration, BIOS setup, and firmware updates
• Execute functional and diagnostic testing using approved tools and procedures
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and system-level faults
• Ensure all units meet quality standards before release
• Maintain accurate production records and traceability documentation
• Adhere to ESD, quality, and safety procedures at all times
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S principles
