**Job Description**

The 1st Shift Submersible Pump Assembler builds and tests submersible pump units by assembling mechanical components, following technical documentation, and performing quality checks to ensure reliable, high-performing products. This role works closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble submersible pump components, including motors, shafts, impellers, seals, and other mechanical parts using hand and power tools.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and written work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent assembly.
+ Perform in-process quality checks and functional tests on assembled pumps to verify performance and identify defects.
