The Asset Integrity & R&D Specialist drives the technical lifetime strategy and integrity governance of Nadara’s renewable energy assets, combining structural/mechanical engineering expertise with R&D and data science. The role provides optimized structural reliability and integrity across the fleet, develops inspection and analytics frameworks, supports R&D projects, and embeds automation and AI into engineering and asset‑integrity processes. The role acts as the technical anchor for fatigue, loads, materials (steel & composites), inspection methodologies, and lifetime extension, while contributing to the innovation and R&D portfolio.
