The Henderson Group (Henderson) is seeking a highly analytical and driven Asset Management Associate to join its investment platform. As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing property-specific business plans for Henderson's portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties. Working under the supervision of Henderson's Senior Vice-President of Asset Management, you will assist in the development and execution of asset-level strategies throughout the hold period to maximize value, drive performance, and align with investor objectives.
