JOB SCOPE
Managing the renewal of tenancy for all KFC outlets.
Timely renewal to ensure continuity of tenancy and negotiation for rental reduction for outlet and location that is deemed underperforming based on current Ebitda and or Sales.
Monitoring renewal dates β cluster into tenancy portfolio of notice to be given within 3,6 and 12 months before expiry of the lease.
Liaising on maintenance matters between internal and external parties β involves site visit, coordination between departments and follow ups for next course of action.
Credit control internal and external parties β ensuring rental and commission paid according to invoice and or months it is reported by landlord to us via invoices.
Landlords visit for discussion and other matters β to have regular discussion with landlord on renewals and their company direction to give us an insight for our business planning for the outlet.
