The Asset Management & Inventory Officer is responsible for the accurate recording, tracking, and management of all company assets and inventory throughout their lifecycle, including both fixed assets and general warehouse stock. This role ensures that all assets are properly tagged, documented in the asset management system, and that any movements, additions, or disposals are correctly reflected in the Asset Register and Inventory Records. To support operational efficiency and financial integrity, the list of assets should be expanded to include all building‑related assets—particularly MEP components—which are essential for managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and not be limited to furniture and IT equipment.
