The Opportunity Managing a high-quality commercial portfolio, you’ll take full responsibility for asset performance, leasing strategy, and value creation, working closely with senior leadership and external advisors.
Key focus areas include:

Asset performance, income optimisation and risk management

Leasing strategy, negotiations and oversight of managing agents

Capital works planning and execution

Budgeting, forecasting and asset-level reporting

Market analysis and strategic recommendations to ownership

Stakeholder management across agents, valuers, consultants and tenants

About You

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial property (asset management, portfolio management or senior property management)
