Job Description
This candidate will support the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IT and OT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. He or she will be responsible for maintaining asset inventory systems by cleaning, validating, and reconciling data, while ensuring compliance with internal data models and governance standards. This individual will partner with vendors to manage warranties, service agreements, and contracts, and will also support cost optimization and forecasting efforts. The role will involve producing compliance, lifecycle, and cost reporting, including dashboards and audit support. He or she will handle software license tracking, utilize ServiceNow HAM/SAM, and collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and operations, including providing support during M&A activities. This candidate will also focus on documentation, process improvement, and implementing ITAM best practices across the enterprise.
