Asset Programme Manager We are seeking an experienced Asset Programme Manager r to lead the delivery of our planned maintenance programme and major repair projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for tenants and factored owners. The role will initially be a 6 month contract which may be extended. You will manage projects from inception to completion, oversee contract performance, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with contractors, residents, owners, and key stakeholders to deliver value for money, excellent customer service, and high-quality investment works.
