Key Responsibilities:
Asset Recovery Management:
- Lead and manage the asset recovery team in the identification and recovery of assets secured by collateral for defaulted loans.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the recovery of outstanding loans through asset liquidation or settlement.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including legal, collections, and finance, to ensure seamless recovery processes.
- Monitor and assess the progress of asset recovery efforts to ensure timely action and adherence to policies.
